👤 For Users (Clients)

As a user of bookaLEAP, you agree to:

  1. Be respectful and professional when interacting with professionals and other users.

  2. Show up on time to all booked sessions and events.

  3. Provide accurate personal and health information so professionals can safely tailor their services.

  4. Follow all safety and health instructions provided by professionals.

  5. Avoid abusive, discriminatory, or inappropriate behavior online or in person.

  6. Respect cancellation and refund policies of each booking.

  7. Use the platform fairly — do not attempt to book professionals outside the app to bypass fees.


👨‍⚕️ For Professionals (Service Providers)

As a professional on bookaLEAP, you agree to:

  1. Maintain a safe, inclusive, and professional environment during all sessions and events.

  2. Deliver services as advertised, including start times, duration, and content.

  3. Hold appropriate certifications and qualifications, and keep them up to date.

  4. Treat client information confidentially, especially any health-related data.

  5. Avoid any discrimination, harassment, or inappropriate conduct at all times.

  6. Communicate clearly and professionally in case of rescheduling or issues.

  7. Respect the client’s consent and physical boundaries — always prioritize safety.


❗ Violations

bookaLEAP reserves the right to suspend or remove any user or professional who violates this Code of Conduct, without notice. Serious breaches (e.g. harassment, fraud, safety violations) may result in legal action or permanent bans.
